Medication Refills

The most convenient way to have your medication refilled is to ask your pharmacy to fax us a refill request at (901) 794-3398 and the refill authorization will be faxed back to the pharmacy.

 

Medication refills are approved only during normal business hours so the doctors can review your health record before authorizing a refill.

 

Please plan ahead to have your medications refilled before the office closes to prevent any delay in getting your medications.

 

When requesting a call in prescription, let the office staff know the name of the medication, the dosage, and the correct pharmacy phone number.

 

If you call during normal business hours, the request will be handled the same day and you may check with your pharmacy after 5pm.

 

If you call after the business hours, your request will be processed the next business day.
